Important Notes For Paragliding

• Maximum capacity of paragliding is 90kg.
• The complete paragliding experience, from registration to transfer, typically lasts around 1.5 hours. Please note that the duration may vary depending on prevailing weather conditions.
• The duration of the paragliding flight typically ranges between 10 to 25 minutes, varying based on prevailing weather conditions.
• All guests are required to have insurance coverage. The fee is RM40 per person, and payment must be made in cash on site.
• Timing slots are subject to availability and weather conditions. Guests will be informed of their scheduled times by the operator.
• Please be aware that the paragliding activity could be subject to cancellation due to unforeseen weather or other uncontrollable circumstances even after the tour has begun. In such cases, the refund policy will be applicable.
• This package includes a GoPro recording for paragliding session. For GoPro video transfers, please ensure that your phone has sufficient empty space; typically, one person may require 3GB to 6GB.

• This tour package is based on a join-in basis with a shared guide and transportation.
• Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making the bookings.
• This attraction is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with disability, heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• Tipping is never expected but will always be much appreciated.
