• Booking Requirements: 
• A minimum of 2 adults is required to make a booking. 
• All bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance. 
• Cancellation Policy: 
• Free cancellations are available for bookings cancelled 7 days or more before the tour date. 
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 
• Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to approval and will incur a charge of RM150 per amendment. 
• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with hypertension, heart disease, asthma, or epilepsy. 
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included for accommodations within Kota Kinabalu City. A surcharge of RM30/pax/way applies to outskirt hotels. Kindly take note that outskirt hotel pick-ups may require earlier departure times and are subject to availability. 
• Guests are encouraged to be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued for missed pick-ups. 
• This package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide and transport vehicle. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform your tour operator when making the booking. 
• Your safety is a top priority. Should the weather or sea conditions render it unsafe to proceed with this tour, the tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel your tour. 
• Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels due to traffic conditions. Should the transport be delayed, please call the operator as stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements. 
• The tour operator reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodations reserved should conditions beyond control render it necessary.
