Escape the hustle and bustle of the city with this 2-day, 1-night experience exploring the charms of Kundasang and its must-visit spots!
Your tour starts with a visit to the rustic town of Tamparuli, where you can take a walk along the iconic Jambatan Tamparuli suspension bridge and learn more about the local Dusun culture. Then, continue your 1.5-hour journey to Kundasang while enjoying the scenic views of the highland along the way. Make a quick stop at Nabalu for the handicraft market and the viewing platform, where you can see a clear view of Mount Kinabalu.
The next stop will be Kinabalu National Park, Malaysia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will be treated to a beautiful mountain vista up close and learn about the unique species of flora in the Botanical Garden, many of which are endemic to the area.
After a good night's sleep in a mountain resort in Kundasang, you will continue your tour with a visit to the Desa Cattle Dairy Farm. Also known as "Little New Zealand" of Sabah, you will have a playful interaction with cows while enjoying fresh produce, including milk, yoghurts, cheese and gelato ice cream. The journey continues at Alpaca Club to meet with adorable alpacas before stopping by Kundasang Farm Ville for freshly picked strawberries and chill out at the Insta-worthy Hooga Cafe.
