Rustic Travel

Picked up from hotel lobby, corrected 10 other rafters and taken upstream ... About an hour's drive through the city then the countryside. Two boats took us on level 1/2 rapids... no risk to life whatsoever... Several enjoyable rapids worth time in-between to jump into the water and float downstream. A special mention to the two guides/captains who were so interesting with takes off the river, locality and various anecdotes ... Thanks so much. Of course, the river flow varies throughout the season and I'm quite curious what the level 3/4 whitewater world be like. A superb day. Thanks to all organisers and to Sabah Travel for getting me, a solo traveler, on the trip. Most trips require two people booking together. Brilliant Nick PS and we were fed and watered after the paddle. Most trips seem to feed you after the tour has finished. Good food

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. It was an amazing experience! Our chalet was overlooking the sandbar (mini sand beach), we could hear the waves hitting the shore so that was relaxing. To be able to see the wildlife out there in the open was an amazing experience too. We saw turtles, stingray and many types of fish. We managed to see stingray hunting the fishes, squid trying to hunt fish.

Absolutely breathtaking. Enjoyed the scenery and the breathtaking view. And i would like to thank the mountain guide, that are willing to help us until we reach the summit.

A place the most beautiful view and cool place..come on climb Mount Kinabalu now.
