Important Notes 

  1. Delivery service for your motorbike rental is available. The tour operator can bring the vehicle directly to your hotel lobby if your hotel is situated within the city centre. Please be aware that this service is only available from Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  2. Should you prefer to pick up and return the motorbike yourself, you are welcome to do so during our normal business hours. These are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  3. Usage of the fully automated motorcycle (scooter) in unapproved, out-of-town areas will result in the forfeit of the security deposit. 
  4. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Motorcycle License (International Motorcycle License for foreigners).  
  5. Drivers holding valid ASEAN licenses can rent the bike without needing an international license.
  6. Drivers must provide a copy of their identity card or passport for verification and recording purposes. 
  7. Drivers will need to sign an agreement and pay a MYR200 security deposit per motorcycle. The security deposit will be paid in full to the driver if the motorcycle is returned in the same condition as when it was rented. 
  8. All costs associated with any damage, accident, or violation during the rental period are the drivers' responsibility. 
  9. Drivers must take pictures of all four sides of the motorcycle before renting it to keep as a personal documentation of its condition. 
  10. Drivers are responsible for refilling the fuel tank using only RON95 fuel to the same level it was when he or they picked up the motorcycle. 
  11. Late returns of all motorcycles will be fined RM5 per hour. Drivers will be charged for a full day's rental if the motorcycle is returned after normal business hours. 
  12. There will be no refunds for unused rental time for early returns of the motorcycle.  
  13. The motorcycles are not allowed to be used on dirt roads and other rugged terrains, including beaches. 
  14. The motorcycle's headlights must be turned on at all times, including daytime, during riding.
