Terms & Conditions

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking within one business day. If you don't receive confirmation by then, please contact the dedicated customer support team.
  • Groups of 7 or more people are required to hire a licensed tour guide, as mandated by the MOTAC/Authorities Act. The operator will not be held responsible for any penalties incurred due to violations of this regulation. 
  • For one-day charters, the charterer is responsible for covering the meal expenses of the tour guide and driver.
  • For multi-day charters, the charterer is responsible for covering the meal and accommodation expenses of the tour guide and driver.
  • All children between the ages of 0 and 12 must be securely seated in an approved child safety seat appropriate for their size and age.
  • Baby car seats (for infants aged 0-2) and child booster seats (for children aged 3-11) for are available for rent. Please check availability with the tour operator.

Pick-Up Information

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher upon pick up. 
  • Kindly indicate your hotel name / pick-up address and preferred pick-up time in the remarks box on the checkout page. 
  • Please be at your pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. No refunds will be given for latecomers and no-shows. 
  • Additional charges for late shows will be incurred and paid in cash directly to the driver. 
  • This service does not include entrance or activity ticket or tour guide. 

Additional Information

  • Additional surcharges of RM100 apply for pick-up and drop-off locations outside of the Tawau area. Kindly enquire for special requests. 
  • Additional hour charges: RM100/hour after reaching the maximum hours per day.
