  • You will receive confirmation of your booking within 1 working day. Please contact the dedicated customer support team if you do not receive any confirmation. 
  • For groups of 7 or more, it is mandatory to hire a Licensed Tourist Guide as per MOTAC/Authorities regulations. The operator is not liable for any penalties for violations of this regulation. 
  • The charterer is responsible for covering meal expenses for the tour guide and driver during a 1-day charter. 
  • For multi-day charters, the charterer must also cover accommodation expenses for the tour guide and driver. 
  • All children aged 0 to 12 must use an approved child safety seat. Baby Car Seats and Child Booster Seats are available for rent upon request. 

Pick Up Information

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher upon pick-up. 
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time (if applicable). 
  • Please specify your pick-up address and preferred pick-up time in the 'Additional Details' section after selecting your local operator.
  • Please inform us of any pick-up time changes at least 24 hours before departure. 
  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. 
  • Pick-up locations include hotels, resorts, or residences within the Kota Kinabalu city area. 
  • Charter rates apply for rental/hiring time between 7:00AM - 10:00PM daily (up to 8 hours for a full day's charter). Additional charges apply for night service, calculated on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Contact SabahTravel.com’s customer support team for further assistance. 

Surcharge Information

  • Surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver. 
  • Midnight Charge or Night Service: A 50% surcharge applies for transfers booked between 10:00PM - 7:00AM. 
  • Peak Season Surcharge: A 50% surcharge applies during festive seasons.
