Important Notes

  • Bookings cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the session, and the received deposit will be forfeited.  
  • Changes to the booking time are allowed at least 24 hours before the session.  
  • Last-minute bookings can be arranged, provided they are made at least 24 hours before the session.  
  • Age limit: Minimum age of 7 years old and above.  
  • Clients can choose their favourite design with no limit. All materials will be provided.  
  • Clients can collect their rugs the next day after we complete the trimming and glueing process.  
  • Free delivery to the client's hotel lobby within the city area is available.
