How to Use My Ticket

  • Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email which will direct you to the reservation page.
  • Make sure to reserve your activity date before the expiration date stated on the ticket. The activity date requested will be subject to availability.
  • Show your printed or mobile ticket to Gathering Village upon check in.

Important Notes

  • Tourism Tax (TTX) MYR 10 per room per night is applicable for Non-Malaysian (Payable at hotel).
  • Wi-Fi is not available and no pets are allowed.
  • Cancellation is non-refundable; however, changes to the accommodation date are permitted, subject to availability and with advance notification at least 2 weeks prior to the check-in date.
  • Check-in and check-out times are at 2:00PM and 11:00AM, respectively.
  • An additional fee will be charged for bookings on weekends, eve of public holidays, and public holidays.
  • Date changes are permitted within 6 months from the original check-in date.
  • Customer who reserved the chalet shall accept full responsibility for any damage and/or lost item(s) in the chalet or within the premises.
  • Amenities such as bath towels, hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards are available upon request at check-in and must be returned at check-out.
  • Extra Mattresses:
  • Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3: Up to 3 extra single mattresses can be added, accommodating a maximum of 13 guests per house.
  • Lot 4: Up to 2 extra single mattresses can be added, accommodating a maximum of 12 guests per house.
  • Lot 7: Up to 3 extra single mattresses can be added, accommodating a maximum of 19 guests per house.

(MYR 50 per extra single mattress.)
