Important Notes
- Check-In Time: 2:30PM / Check Out Time: 11:30AM
- Optional activities like island hopping, kayaking, and hiking are subject to additional charges and availability.
- To ensure safety, diving is not permitted on arrival or departure days, and divers must observe a 24-hour no-fly rule before boarding a flight.
- The itineraries provided are sample schedules and are subject to changes based on weather, availability, and operational considerations. Please confirm your final itinerary with the resort upon booking to ensure it meets your needs and preferences.
- Bohey Dulang Hike:
- Prepare RM50 in cash for the Ranger Fee (applies to groups of 1-6 pax).
- Proper footwear such as sneakers or hiking boots is mandatory; sandals, flip-flops, and croc slippers are not allowed. Sabah Parks reserves the right to deny access to those without appropriate shoes.
- The shoe rental kiosk is no longer in operation, so bring your own footwear.
- In case of rain, the hike may be replaced with a snorkelling session.
- Waiting times for the hike may range from 1-2 hours due to limited rangers and group rotations.
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to join the hike.
- Be at the boat departure point by 8:00 AM.
- The boat transfer may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, including heart or lung issues, recent surgeries, or back-related ailments. Pregnant women are also advised against joining due to potentially bumpy sea conditions. Consult a physician if you have health concerns.
- Avoid bringing valuables, as there are no lockers available on the islands.
- Practice responsible snorkelling to protect marine life.
- If your actions or skills risk harming marine ecosystems or other guests, the crew has the right to revoke your participation.
- Avoid touching, removing, or stepping on marine creatures.
- Always stay with your group and follow the crew’s instructions; failure to comply will result in removal from the activity without a refund.
- This package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide and transport vehicle. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform your tour operator when making the booking.
- Your safety is our top priority. Should the weather or sea conditions render it unsafe to proceed with this tour, we reserve the right to change or cancel your tour.
- Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels due to traffic conditions. Should the transport be delayed, please call the operator as stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.
- The tour operator reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
