  • Advance booking is mandatory for all treatments.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for consultation and preparation.
  • Late Arrivals: To ensure fairness to all clients, late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, concluding at the originally scheduled end time.
  • Pre-Treatment Consultation: Please inform our front desk of any allergies or preferences.
  • Therapist Assignment: 
  • We exclusively provide female therapists.
  • Therapists are assigned based on availability and suitability for your chosen treatment.
  • Code of Conduct:
  • We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment at all times.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • Natura Spa & Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse (verbal or otherwise) towards our staff.
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice): A charge of 50% of your booked treatment price will apply.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notification will result in the full treatment price being charged (no refund).
